Our Story

AgPathAus started over a cup of coffee and an open question from Shane to Alan “hey mate, can you create a system that tracks peoples training, certifications and work experience as well as advertise jobs?”

This led to a second cup of coffee to understand what problem was being addressed and what a successful outcome would look like.

And that is how it started!

We didn’t recreate the wheel, the AgPathAus solution is based on using a GDPR compliant database from an established leader of talent management solutions and a web site that is based on Internet standards to deliver a responsive and easy to use interface.

We have simplified password management by implementing a single-sign on solution for our members; one password for access to all services.

The outcome is AgPathAus; a service that connects people across the agricultural industry, to search for talent, find employment, record training and work experience and allow owners, managers and service providers to identify skills gaps in their teams.
