Using the Website
How do I change my password?
Login to the website; go to the Member Portal > Reset Your Password from the menu and complete the steps on the password reset page then click Update Password to complete.
How do I update my personal information?
Login to the website; go to the Member Portal > Your Details; your membership details will then be displayed. Change your details as required, then click Save Profile to confirm.
How do I upgrade from a free membership?
Login to the website; go to the Member Portal > Subscriptions; on the far right column is the option to Change Plan; click on this option and then select the plan you want from the Membership Table presented; then complete the steps for the subscription. Once complete, go back to the Subscriptions page to confirm your new membership.
How do I confirm my membership level?
Login to the website; go to the Member Portal > Subscriptions; your membership level should then be displayed.
